Meet Al Pishvaei, General Manager, Taverna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT

Hello, I'm Al, and I have the privilege of serving as General Manager here at Taverna CDJRF.

My job covers a lot of ground, from sales and service to our team and daily operations, but at the heart of everything I do is one priority: you, our customer. I believe every person who walks through our doors or purchases out of state, deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care, whether you're buying your first Jeep, one of our used vehicles, servicing your Ram, or you simply just have a question.

I've always believed that you don't get a second chance to make a first impression, but you do get a second chance to make a lasting one. Even the best teams occasionally fall short, and when that happens, what matters most is how we respond. To me and my team, a concern is never an inconvenience. It's an opportunity to earn your trust. When a customer brings me a challenge, I treat it the way I would if it came from a member of my own family. I listen first, I work to make it right, and then I take it a step further by putting practices in place so the same issue doesn't happen to anyone else. Every concern makes us better.

My door is always open, and I mean that. I give my personal cell number to customers so they can reach me directly and know that if something isn't right, I will personally see it through. I'm also deeply committed to our ownership team and the vision they have for Taverna. They've built this dealership on the belief that doing right by people is the foundation of lasting success, and I take great pride in helping carry that vision forward. My role is to make sure their standards show up in every interaction, every department, and every decision we make. That means developing our team, investing in the right processes, the right people and building a dealership that continues to grow the right way, one relationship at a time.
